30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

MSELLE is committed to ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in your shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition, provided that you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • The time frame for return and exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
  • For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • For exchanges or resizing, if your location falls within a remote area, you may be responsible for remote fees due to geographical constraints. We will notify you in advance of any applicable fees, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Please note: Do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or resize.
  • "Custom Design" items, including stone color, metal, and chain length chosen based on your personal preference, are non-refundable. MSELLE will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of these items.
  • Personalized items with "engravings" and "photos," such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets, are non-refundable. MSELLE will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of personalized items.
  • Special order items, including those with changed plating and stone colors, purchased as part of a set, and jewelry with personalized engravings, are not refundable. However, MSELLE can exchange it for a different design by charging a 35% restocking fee.
  • Custom-sized rings are not refundable.
  • Items without a jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Items that were worn or sent to you as a Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Free One-Year Warranty

MSELLE fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.

Warranty Terms

  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to MSELLE.
  • The customer should ensure that items are safely packed before sending them back. MSELLE will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • When sending back the items, the customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
  • MSELLE reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear," as determined by our jewelry professionals.
